Partner and Chair of the Firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group, Judson Stein moderated a faculty of experienced estate planners yesterday at an intensive one-day “Estate Planning College”.
The ICLE program was designed to give both novice and experienced attorneys a working knowledge of the many issues and critical details that must be considered in order to create a solid estate plan. Attendees were provided with a broad understanding of what’s involved in working with clients and the practical foundation necessary to practice effectively and with confidence. The program was approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.7 hours of total CLE credit and was presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section.
Judson Stein is Chair of the Firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group and a member of the Non-Profit and Tax Exempt Organizations Practice Group.
