Patrick McGovern and Dina Mastellone to Present “Human Resource Law from A to Z” for National Business Institute

Firm Partners Patrick W. McGovern and Dina M. Mastellone will present at the National Business Institute seminar entitled “Human Resource Law from A to Z” in Saddle Brook, NJ.
The two-day seminar to be held on December 8 and December 9, 2015 will cover hot-button issues in human resources law of interest to HR professionals, attorneys and paralegals. Experienced faculty will take participants through the critical legal issues businesses need to know from hiring to firing – including wages and benefits, workplace privacy and safety, discrimination, and more.
On December 8, Mr. McGovern will lead the discussion, “Wage and Benefits Issues” and Ms. Mastellone will lead the discussion, “Imperative Information That Every Employee Handbook Should Contain.”
