August 14, 2014

Planning officials in Jersey City have approved the site plan of a $220 million, 21-story residential tower proposed by firm clients Saint Peter's University and Sora Development for McGinley Square. The project will also house a movie theater, a rooftop swimming pool, upscale restaurants, 717 underground parking spaces, apartment units and a dorm area; it is being hailed as an important step in the transformation of the historic McGinley Square neighborhood. Firm Partner Eugene Paolino represents both the University and Soro Development, and made the successful presentation to the planning board this week. The decision has been featured in articles on NJ.com, the Jersey Journal and NJ Biz
