Jennifer Mazawey to Present a Seminar Entitled Land Use Basics for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education

On June 13th, Counsel Jennifer Mazawey will present a seminar entitled Land Use Basics for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Mrs. Mazawey’s presentation on variances will provide a roadmap for navigating through the maze of regulations on New Jersey land use. Attendees will review the basics of land use practice, enhance their understanding of land use law, and pick up valuable practice tips for appearing before local planning and zoning boards. This program, which will be held in West Orange, has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education for  6.8 credits including 1.0 ethics/professionalism for New Jersey, 5.5 professional practice and 1.0 ethics credits for New York and finally 5.0 substantive and 0.5 ethics credits pending CLE approval in Pennsylvania.
