Maria Fruci to Serve on Panel at Essex County Bar Foundation Civil Practice CLE Seminar

Firm Associate Maria R. Fruci will serve as a panelist at an Essex County Bar Foundation CLE program called “Everything I Wish I Knew When I Started My Civil Practice” on Tuesday, November 20th at the Essex County Historic Courthouse in Newark, NJ. The program will cover what court rules attorneys need to know, choosing the proper forums, causes of action in commercial litigation disputes, Discovery 101, motion practice, summary judgment, and trial preparation landmines.

The moderator of this CLE will be Victoria Salami, Esq. of Fox Rothschild, LLP, and other panelists will include Jordan Kaplan, Esq., also of Fox Rothschild, LLP, and Randy A. Gray, Esq. of Gibbons, P.C.

Ms. Fruci is an Associate in the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice group.
