James J. McGovern III to Speak at NJSBA Program on Hot Issues in Labor Negotiations

James J. McGovern III, Partner and Director of the firm’s Labor Law Practice Group, will be presenting at a New Jersey State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education seminar on Friday, June 14th . The program promises "pointers that have proven successful for New Jersey’s most authoritative employment and labor lawyers". Mr. McGovern will be speaking on “Hot Issues in Labor Negotiations.”
The course runs from 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM and will take place at the New Jersey Law Center at One Constitution Square in New Brunswick, NJ.
This program has been approved for 9.2 New Jersey CLE credits including 1.0 ethics/professionalism credits; 7.0 substantative and .5 ethics credits pending in Pennsylvania, and 8.0 professional practice and 1.0 ethics credits in New York.
