Joseph Hannon and Jennifer Paganucci to Speak at New Jersey League of Municipalities’ Orientation for Municipal Officials

Genova Burns attorneys will be presenting seminars as part of the New Jersey League of Municipalities’ Orientation For Newly Elected, Re-elected or Experienced Municipal officials. Firm Associate Jennifer Paganucci will present at the seminar this Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the Sheraton Eatontown, NJ and Firm Counsel Joseph M. Hannon will present on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at the Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel in Rutherford, NJ. The seminars are aimed at providing the latest information on the most important municipal issues faced by local officials. Mr. Hannon and Ms. Paganucci are presenting the seminar entitled “Public Sector Labor Law Overview,” a synopsis of the functions and matters currently before the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC).
