Jennifer Mazawey to Moderate the 2020 Land Use Update

Partner Jennifer Mazawey, Esq. will serve as moderator for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education at a full-day seminar entitled “2020 Land Use Update” on February 26th at the Wilshire Grand in West Orange.

Ms. Mazawey will participate as a panelist at this intensive one-day course that will give in-depth coverage of comparison discussions on recent developments in New Jersey Land Use Law. Long regarded by the Land Use Bar as the definitive source for current information about New Jersey land use practice and taught by leading attorneys in the field, the Land Use Update reviews the most recent regulatory, legislative and case law developments that every seasoned land use practitioner should know.

This seminar will be presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Land Use Section,the NJSBA Senior Lawyers Special Committee and the APA-NJ.

ABOUT THE ATTORNEY

Ms. Mazawey is a Partner in the firm's Newark, NJ office and a member of the Commercial Real Estate & Redevelopment, Environmental Law, and Land Use & Approvals Practice Groups as well as the Construction & Engineering, Education, Land Development and Real Estate Industry Groups. She represents developers in all aspects of projects, regularly appearing before planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment.
