Rebecca Moll Freed to Present at NJICLE Pay-to-Play Program

Firm Partner Rebecca Moll Freed will present at a New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education seminar entitled “Pay to Play 2019: The Latest in Campaign Finance” on Tuesday, June 4th at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick. The seminar will educate representatives of entities seeking government contracts at the state, county and municipal levels, and businesses and law firms contributing to political campaigns, about New Jersey’s pay-to-play campaign finance laws in light of the 2019 Congressional elections. Topics include the importance of compliance with state, county and municipal pay-to-play rules, the consequences of non-compliance, and how businesses can establish controls and monitor corporate and employee contributions to avoid violations. Ms. Freed will speak on the topic of state and local government pay-to-play rules.
