Rebecca M. Freed, Esq. to Speak at NJICLE Pay-to-Play Seminar

On May 3rd, Firm Counsel Rebecca M. Freed, Esq., will speak today at a New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) seminar entitled, “Pay to Play: The Latest in Campaign Finance,” presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Government and Public Sectors Law Committee and the NJSBA Administrative Law Section.  The seminar will provide in-depth coverage regarding the latest in campaign finance rules restrictions including state, county and municipal pay to play rules, super PACs and independent expenditures by other organizations and ethical obligations of campaign finance counsel. This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3.4 hours of total CLE credit.
