Genova, Burns & Vernoia Presents LLC Seminar; Keith A. Krauss to Speak

In coordination with the Newark Regional Business Partnership, Genova, Burns & Vernoia will present a seminar entitled, “Yellow Brick Road or Pothole Highway: Benefits and Risks of LLCs.” The seminar will address the unique tax and business structures of LLCs and will include speakers Keith A.
