On June 26, 2006, Senior Partner of GBV, Angelo J. Genova, Esq. will present at the Practising Law Institute’s Panel on Employment Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Litigation. In his presentation at the conference, which will be held at the Practising Law Center in New York City, Mr. Genova will speak on dealing with emotional distress and punitive damages.
