Brett Pugach Featured in NJ.com Article Regarding Improprieties in Monroe Primary

Associate Brett Pugach was featured in a recent NJ.com article entitled "Candidate Cited 'Improprieties' in Monroe Primary, Taking Tie Vote to Court." In a statement, Mr. Pugach speaks on behalf of client Marvin G. Dilks, Jr. saying, "Councilman Dilks has decided to challenge the election as a direct result of improprieties and evidence that an open and fair election did not occur."
