Judson Stein and David Spacht Will Discuss Ethical Considerations in Estate Planning and Administration at June 4th Seminar

Firm Partner Judson M. Stein, and Associate David J. Spacht are scheduled to present a continuing education seminar presented by OceanFirst Bank entitled, “A Top Ten List (Maybe More) of Ethical Considerations in Estate Planning and Administration.” The program will cover a series of professional responsibility factors, regulations and exceptions that legal professionals should consider when handling estate planning matters. This complimentary seminar will be held on June 4th at Monmouth University, Anacon Hall and has been approved for 1.2 CLE Credits as well as 1.0 CPE Credit.
