Rajiv Parikh Sworn in as President of The South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey

Counsel Rajiv D. Parikh was sworn in as President of The South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey (SABA-NJ), an official chapter of the North American South Asian Bar Association (NASABA). SABA-NJ is a voluntary bar association serving primarily South Asian attorneys and law students in New Jersey whose mission is to serve as the regional voice for the concerns and opinions of South Asians in the community generally, and in the legal profession in particular. This organization is focused on increasing awareness and encouraging resolution of issues of concern for the South Asian community, supporting the provision of legal services to the South Asian community and ensuring fairness and diversity in judicial appointments.

Mr. Parikh is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Political Activity, Construction Law & Litigation, and White Collar Criminal Defense, Corporate Internal Investigations & Corporate Ethics Practice Groups at Genova Burns, LLC. Since 2010, Mr. Parikh has been recognized each year in New Jersey Monthly Magazine by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Litigation.
