Public Contract Law & Bid Protest Litigation Practice Group Formed

Genova, Burns & Vernoia announced today the formation of its Public Contract Law & Bid Protest Litigation Practice Group. The specialized group of attorneys, co-directed by partners Celia S. Bosco and Peter R. Yarem, will be dedicated to representing business entities which compete for public contracts from local, county and state governments, agencies and authorities and from bi-state agencies.
