Partner Rebecca Moll Freed will present for WTS Philadelphia (Advancing Women in Transportation) at an upcoming seminar entitled “Playing it Safe: Compliance Impacts on A/E/C Contracts” on Friday, March 22nd. This program will provide attendees with an overview of the ins and outs of campaign contributions and pay-to-play regulations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
