Aaron regularly drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, leases, operating agreements, license agreements, and other key transactional documents. His experience includes guiding clients through due diligence, environmental review, and regulatory compliance issues, as well as researching and preparing land use applications to support redevelopment and adaptive reuse projects. He also advises on corporate governance matters and business structuring to support real estate ventures and commercial operations.
Before entering private practice, Aaron served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he gained significant experience analyzing complex business litigation, construction disputes, employment issues, and tort claims. During this time, he also completed settlement facilitation training and conducted mediations.
Aaron earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he held leadership roles in the Real Estate Law Society and served as an Associate Editor of the International Law Journal. He received his B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business from Yeshiva University.
He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
