Charles J. Messina is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Franchise & Distribution, Agriculture and Cannabis Industry Law Groups and also specializes in Complex Commercial Litigation, Employment Law & Litigation, Class Action Defense, Insurance Law, Intellectual Property and Construction Law & Litigation law.
