Eugene T. Paolino to Moderate Bisnow Gold Coast Panel & Jennifer Mazawey to Participate in Newark CapRate Panel for CRE Summits

Firm Partners Eugene T. Paolino and Jennifer Mazawey will each participate in commercial real estate summits for Jersey City Bisnow and Newark CapRate, as a moderator and a panelist respectively, on Thursday, July 27th.
Mr. Paolino will moderate a panel of distinguished professionals at the Bisnow New Jersey Future of the Gold Coast convention at the Liberty House Restaurant in Jersey City. Mr. Paolino’s panel will discuss strategies for capitalizing in the Gold Coast market and how to balance institutional and family-run/high-net worth firms. Ms. Mazawey will participate on a panel at CAPRE (CapRate Events)’ Newark Real Estate Summit at the Robert Treat Hotel in Newark. Ms. Mazawey’s panel, called “Newark CRE 360: The Next Chapter in Newark’s Renaissance and Identifying the Real Estate Industry Market Peak” will cover Newark’s Gold Coast, how public sector executives are impacting development in Newark, and the impact New Jersey’s Gubernatorial Race could have on Newark among other topics.
