Paul J. DeMartino Jr. is an Associate in the Firm's Newark, NJ office and a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation, Construction Law & Litigation, Election Law & Litigation, and Trade Secrets & Non-Competes Practice Groups. Mr. DeMartino has assisted in the representation of clients in the areas of complex commercial and business suits, real estate litigation, restrictive covenants, trade secret protection, and fiduciary litigation. He has repeatedly pursued client interests in all forums including State and Federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DeMartino clerked in the Chancery Division for the Ocean Vicinage, which has enabled him to become adept in negotiating thoughtful and equitable resolutions and securing victories on dispositive motions for clients.
While in law school, Mr. DeMartino was a student attorney for the Civil Practice Clinic, where he provided legal representation to indigent individuals, and interned for the Honorable James D. Clyne, P.J. Ch., Retired. He also interned for the Honorable Joel A. Pisano in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
