Keith A. Loughlin is an Associate in the Firm's Newark, NJ office and a member of the Commercial Real Estate & Redevelopment, Corporate Political Activity, Election Law & Litigation and Land Use & Approvals Practice Groups. A former Chief Counsel to the New Jersey Assembly Minority Office, Mr. Loughlin counsels corporate, municipal and individual clients in government affairs and real estate law, including zoning, planning and land use development and redevelopment.
Mr. Loughlin handles complex civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes; environmental claims; insurance coverage; medical malpractice; premises, product and professional liability and toxic torts.
As Chief Counsel, Mr. Loughlin managed the Assembly Minority legal staff and advised members and employees on all legal and ethical issues. Also, he has served as an aide to various legislative committees. Mr. Loughlin previously served as Chief of Staff to New Jersey Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramnick.
Mr. Loughlin is the Zoning Board of Adjustment Attorney for the Township of Springfield, NJ and alternate board attorney for a number of municipal land use boards throughout New Jersey.
