Kathleen Barnett Einhorn, Partner in the Newark, New Jersey office, is the director of the firm's Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group as well as a member of the Employment Law & Litigation Practice Group.
Ms. Einhorn is experienced in handling all aspects of litigation in both state and federal courts. She represents management in all areas of employment law including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment and restrictive covenant litigation. She also provides preventative counseling to employers on a broad spectrum of employment matters, including workplace policies, harassment and regulatory compliance. In addition, Ms. Einhorn handles complex commercial litigation and appeals for the firm.
Ms. Einhorn was an investigator for the Supreme Court of New Jersey District Ethics Committee from 2006 to 2010 and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Penza, J.S.C. from 1992 to 1993.
Ms. Einhorn received her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 1992, and her bachelor’s degree from Villanova University in 1988.
