Celia S. Bosco, Partner in the firm's Newark, New Jersey office, is Director of the Health & Hospital Law Practice Group and the Appellate Practice Group.
Ms. Bosco has extensive experience handling appeals and litigation involving complex and often novel issues of law. She has handled appeals covering a wide range of civil matters, involving topics as diverse as the New Jersey Real Estate Brokers Act; civil rights litigation; employment disputes; election contests; municipal law; traditional labor law; unemployment law; commercial disputes; and public procurement issues. Ms. Bosco also concentrates her practice in health & hospital law representing providers in the acute and long term care industries in matters involving managed care, fraud and abuse, medical staff disputes, medical guardianships, corporate governance, employment counseling and litigation, hospital-physician contracting and vendor contracting.
Ms. Bosco is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Health and Hospital Law Section and the Appellate Practice Special Committee. Ms. Bosco is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and American Bar Association's Health Law Section.
She received her Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1992. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Bryn Mawr College in 1987.
