Peter R. Yarem, Partner in the Newark, New Jersey office, practices complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory compliance. He is Director of the firm's Construction Law & Litigation and Solid Waste and Recycling Law Practice Groups and a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
For nine years prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yarem was general counsel to a solid waste company. He is the Chair of the New Jersey Solid Waste Utility Attorneys’ Committee. He is a member of the National Solid Waste Management Association and the New Jersey Business and Industry Association.
Mr. Yarem received the degree of Juris Doctor cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1979, and a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Kean University in 1973.
