Paul M. Rozenberg

Paul M. Rozenberg is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Political Activity Law and Commercial Real Estate & Redevelopment Practice Groups.

Mr. Rozenberg possesses extensive experience in a wide variety of practice areas, including corporate, political and campaign finance law. He previously worked as a Legal Analyst and Aide to Governor Chris Christie, where he worked on a number of projects ranging from campaign finance reform to the preservation of New Jersey’s military installations.  Before that, he served as Legislative Liaison for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, advocating the Commission’s interests to state legislators. Mr. Rozenberg was also the campaign manager and chief legal officer for a grassroots congressional campaign in New York City, formulating campaign strategy with the candidate and ensuring compliance with federal and state electoral and campaign finance laws. In addition, he was the compliance officer for a construction company in New Jersey.

In law school, Mr. Rozenberg worked for a New York-based law office, focusing on corporate and securities law.
