Eugene T. Paolino

Partner Eugene T. Paolino was born in Jersey City and has been practicing law in New Jersey for more than three decades. He brings a wealth of experience in commercial law and real estate development, redevelopment law and tax abatement, zoning and land use law, commercial law, education law and corporate law.

Mr. Paolino has played a critical role in some of Jersey City’s most iconic and significant real estate projects along New Jersey’s Hudson River “Gold Coast,” such as:

  • The Beacon (the former Jersey City Medical Center)
  • Saint Peter’s MacMahon Student Center

Mr. Paolino is also General Counsel to Saint Peter’s University, Dress for Success and Flemington Department Store, Inc. and has been Assistant Corporation Counsel to the City of Jersey City as well as Special Environmental Counsel to the City of Hoboken.
